WPMCA represents over 2,000 independent petroleum marketers, convenience store owners, truck stop and travel plaza operators, automotive oil change outlets and other automotive service providers throughout Wisconsin. These companies sell over eighty (80) percent of the motor fuel and nearly all of the farm fuel and heating oil sold in Wisconsin.

Help Defend Wisconsin ’s Unfair Sales Act--The current law serves the interest of the public.  Recent studies concretely demonstrate Wisconsin ’s Unfair Sales Act enhances competition and provides great value for Wisconsin consumers.  More competitors equal more competition and lower prices.  More competitors also mean more Wisconsin based jobs and therefore more dollars staying in Wisconsin .  Download the key findings and the complete study.

COMM 10 is the state regulation affecting your tanks, piping and anything else related to fuel storage and distribution.  This rule is being revised by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. To learn more click here.
